Instructions before 9th Jan, Friday

THINGS TO BE DONE DURING THIS WEEK:

- MEMORISE THE Q&A ABOVE!!!
- to finish painting the posters and hang them nicely
around the den. Make sure the background is white
(or not so colourful) so that they can see and be
attracted by them.
- prepare a small number of door gifts
(clay/ice-cream stick)
- prepare slide show of photos
- prepare small cards with details so that those girls
who are interested can write their particulars
- check with Mrs chan what time is the drill performance
- make sure the den is still as neat & clean and make sure
everything is in place. If there is dust, sweep and mop
the floor once more.
- MEMORISE THE Q&A ABOVE!!! =)


ON FRIDAY 9 JAN ITSELF
BEFORE:
- Make one last check that your den is ready for the new
sec 1s to view and explore. The posters should be all up
and nicely placed, the banner outside should be hanging
nicely.

DURING:
- have one or two girls do a live demo of the clay
making and colouring of the hearts so that the
sec 1s are attracted to also do it. Teach those Sec 1s
who are interested how to colour the clay and make the
hearts.
- remember to keep talking to the new girls so that
they feel welcome.
- remember NOT TO stay in your own groups and chit chat
among yourselves.
- share with them your stay in GB, i.e, why you like GB,
what have you learnt in GB.
- be confident!
- show them around because our den is colorful and
attractive!
- encourage them to stay and watch the
fancy drill performance.

AFTER:
- Clean the den and make sure that everything is put back
to its original position. =)


Last but not least, enjoy yourself and pull in more
sec 1 girls. =)
